Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager Interconnect Voice. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with interconnect voice partners, developing strategies to grow the interconnect business, handling day-to-day communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and analyzing traffic and performance metrics, resolving any interconnection issues, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Experience in managing interconnect voice partnerships and client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing traffic and performance metrics
Ability to develop and implement strategies to grow interconnect business
Experience with VoIP technology and solutions is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
