Compensation band : 3-3.5 LPA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Service Associate located in Hyderabad. The Sales & Customer Service Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating (phone call, emails and text support) with customers, providing exceptional customer service, handling direct sales by converting abandoned cart customer.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales & phone call support
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Sharp eye for patterns and trends (comprehending problems from repeated customer interactions)
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
