Job descriptionPromote a positive safety culture within his team. Responsible for the maintenance, inspection, testing and operating conditions of all fixed ICSS and Package . Responsible for prompt and efficient reporting. Maintain records on all ICSS system repairs and tests. Perform ICSS Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks as scheduling in CMMS . Assist operations and maintenance crews with repairs and equipment replacement. Assist in the installation, maintenance, testing and inspection of all types of rotating equipment , instrumentation and package equipment. Perform calibration and certificate for ICSS are compliance with mandatory regulation. Perform instrument / PCS / PSD / ESD isolations / Bypass / Override of specific systems, equipment or sections of systems in preparation for maintenance activities. Responsible for prompt and efficient reporting. Assist in and perform production operation optimization and process safety. Daily routines inspection monitoring and maximizing the efficiency of the production process, ICSS operating status. Maintaining equipment, reporting equipment which has failed, and calling on other support groups as required. Lead and Perform all aspects of first line maintenance of ICSS system. Maintenance of operations logbooks and records as required. Ensure adequate handover notes relating to all aspects of the operations and maintenance at the end of rotation shift. Troubleshoot problems, identify functional failures, determine required maintenance activities and initiate work order system in SAP. Perform RCA process to continue maintain and improve reliability and availability of ICSS Assit in optimizing spares and materials consumption and invertory with cost-saving. Requisition materials using SAP. Coordinate established work priorities. Supervise and mentor national and local staff to effectively transfer knowledge. Provide direction and mentoring to less experienced employees while carrying out assigned tasks. Perform all duties in a manner that is safe, efficient and environmentally. Assist in and perform turnaround activities by ensuring shutting down the facility safely, preparing the process and equipment for maintenance / inspection activities, carrying out the tests mandated by the turnaround plan, preparing the process and equipment for restart and safely restart the facility after the turnaround completion.

Responsible to ensure field instrument equipment ( Flow Meter ,Pressure Transmitter , Temperature Transmitter , Level Transmitter , Gauge,Fire & Gas Detector ,PCV ,LCV ,FCV ,Analyzer , etc ) and Control & Safety Systems integrity functionality and efficiency, and to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient execution of maintenance activities, Lead instrument maintenance activities at site . in compliance with all required rules, regulations, procedures and practices.
Main tasks and responsibilities :
- During EPCIC / Project Phase
- Participate in reviewing EPCIC deliverables related to Production Operations and Maintenance.
- Represent Production Operations and Maintenance during FATs and SATs as requested.
- Review and comment on the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up contractor procedures.
- Support and cooperate for a smooth transition from the commissioning phase to operational phase as part of the Integrated Commissioning Team / Pre-operation Team.
- Participate to any training session organized at FLNG construction yard as OJT training.
