Job Summary :
The Executive – Experience Centre will be responsible for showcasing Aurolab’s medical equipment in a well-organized, exhibition-style setup and conducting detailed product demonstrations and orientations. This role plays a key part in imparting technical and practical knowledge about the products to visitors, new employees, students, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and maintain medical equipment displays in the Experience Center, simulating an exhibition-style environment.
- Provide hands-on technical demonstrations of Aurolab’s medical products to visitors.
- Conduct clear and engaging product orientations for new joiners, students, and other stakeholders.
- Explain the features, functions, and usage of equipment in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ensure all demonstrations align with Aurolab’s technical standards and product messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products and technical updates.
- Address queries from visitors and participants with in-depth product knowledge.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of all displayed equipment.
- Support training sessions for internal staff and external partners as required.
- Continuously enhance training materials and methods based on audience feedback and new developments.
- Willingness to travel across India (up to 30%) for fieldwork, product demonstrations, and training support as required.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.Strong communication and presentation skillsTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn about new productsPrior experience in medical equipment training or customer education is an advantage
