The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and implementing HR strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves conflict resolution, staff training, and development, strategic planning, and collaborating with upper management to align HR goals with business objectives.QualificationsRecruitment and Staffing knowledgeExperience Required : 5-10 Years as HR MANAGERExperience in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresEmployee relations and conflict resolution skillsPerformance management and staff training & development skillsKnowledge of regulatory compliance and employment lawsStrong written and verbal communication skillsLeadership and strategic planning skillsAbility to work collaboratively with upper managementExperience in the construction and infrastructure industry is a plusMBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPackage : annual CTC
