Job descriptionLead and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration. Conduct regular site visits and review work to ensure alignment with design intent. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project managers and site teams. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualification :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Candidates must have a minimum of 18 to 20 years of experience in building construction, specifically in interior fit-out or hospital projects.
