Do you get a thrill from making machines see Ever looked at YOLO, SAM, or Vision Transformers and thought : I can push this further Do you secretly enjoy wrestling with chaotic, real-world data until it finally makes sense
If yes, you might be the engineer we're looking for.
At Bipolar Factory, we're reimagining what's possible with AI. We're a small team full of brilliant minds building products where computer vision isn't just a feature – it's the heart of it all. And we want someone who can help us make it stronger and shape the future of visual AI.
What you'll actually do
- Build, train, and ship models that detect, segment, classify, and track in the wild.
- Experiment with the latest architectures and invent your own twists.
- Take messy, real-world data and make it model-ready.
- Optimize for speed : edge devices, low-resource setups, real-time inference.
- Collaborate with product and backend folks to turn research into products people use.
What makes you a fit
2–3 years in computer vision or AI engineering.Fluent in Python + PyTorch / TensorFlow.Solid grasp of CNNs, image processing, and modern CV techniques.Comfort with OpenCV, ONNX, TensorRT, FastAPI, etc.You write clean, modular code and you love experimenting.Bonus points if :
You've worked with Jetsons, Pis, or other edge toys. You've dabbled in generative models (GANs, Diffusion). You've contributed to open source or published research. You've scaled training / deployment on AWS or GCP.Why you'll love it at BPF
You won't just be implementing —you'll be inventing.Your work won't sit in a paper or a repo. It'll power live products. No layers of hierarchy so your ideas move fast.Creative freedom and a team that thrives on bold thinking.Skills Required
Tensorflow, Image Processing, Pytorch, Opencv, FastAPI, Python
