Job descriptionPitch programs to global and Indian corporates; close training and workforce development contracts. Build partnerships with training networks, TPOs, and influencers to ensure repeat student inflow. Establish strong global and domestic partnership channels. Represent the organization at global and regional events, seminars, and partnership forums. Ensure every partnership contributes to measurable student signups with strict CAC discipline. 6–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate partnerships, higher-ed alliances, or global B2B roles. Strong network among corporate HR / L&D leaders and training networks. Proven closer with strong negotiation and conversion capability. Field-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities. Metrics- and performance-driven, ensuring MoUs convert into actual enrollments.
