Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled analyst with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, expertise in forecasting techniques and models, and proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Python. Exposure to Dataiku DSS and AI / ML capabilities is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement forecasting models and techniques to predict pharmaceutical market trends, sales, and claims.
• Analyze and interpret data from various pharmaceutical industry sources, including secondary / subnational data, sales data, and claims.
• Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and Python to build and refine forecasting models and perform complex data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights and forecasts.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of forecasting models, making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, data sources, and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics.
