Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper, located in Chennai. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry services, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role includes daily tasks such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies. Interaction with guests to provide assistance and address any housekeeping-related concerns is also a crucial part of the role.

• Strong organization skills for managing tasks and ensuring efficiency
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Experience with laundry services
• Ability to train and coordinate with other housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in housekeeping or related field is advantageous
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
