Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Housekeeping Executive at Truliv. The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in coliving spaces and holiday homes. Daily tasks include managing laundry services, overseeing cleaning schedules, ensuring proper upkeep of rooms and common areas, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training new housekeeping staff and coordinating with other departments to meet the needs of residents and guests.

• Skills in Laundry management and maintaining cleaning schedules
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills for managing housekeeping tasks
• Experience in Training new housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management is a plus
