This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the EPC industry and a proven track record of successful hires.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization, focusing on EPC roles.
• Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Employer Branding : Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image and showcasing the organization's culture and values.
• Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
