Duties & Responsibilities
Meet branch targets in sales & purchase of Forex, travel cards, and outward remittances (both AD II & referral).
Acquire new clients as per defined targets.
Activate and manage franchisee branches (Muthoot Finance franchisee branches or as applicable).
Draw back business from dormant clients, consistent with target metrics.
Handle queries and complaints from both external and internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance norms are followed precisely by the branch.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and other compliance‑related tasks are completed within specified timelines as per regulator or external stakeholder directions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience (typically
minimum - 4 years ) in Forex operations or banking with emphasis on sales / business development.
Deep understanding of Forex products : retail Forex purchase / sale, travel cards, outward remittances (especially AD II), etc.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Good customer relationship skills.
