Job Description
Generate Sales for the laboratory testing services as per assigned sales target & territoryResponsible for achieving sales targets and increasing sales through developing new customers in the assigned territoryMust be willing to travel for meetings or projectsDevelop business of automotive component testing services, polymer testing, chemical testing & overall material testing servicesHave good understanding of local market, potential customers and available business opportunitiesGood contacts with Automotive, Aerospace & similar Industry Tier-I, Tier-II & supply chainDevelop rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term customer relationshipsCommunicating customer requirements to the technical team and provide feedback to customerUnderstanding the scope and services available within TUV Rheinland Testing LabsEducate customers on requirements and prepare proposals to meet customer needsShould be aggressive, updated & proactive on market needsDaily / Weekly / Periodic status of sales pipeline, order forecast & projects to the respective client and functional managerPromoting labs facility of Material Testing to the clientsEnsure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS HSE Roles Responsibilities & AuthoritiesComply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirementsExperience & Further Qualifications
Able Salesperson with 3 - 5 yrs experience in Direct Sales of Material Testing Services & knowledge in Testing ofAutomotive Components, Aerospace and similar industriesMust have good market knowledge & customer connects in Automotive component Industry, Aerospace and similarindustries which are having potential for Material / Polymer / Chemical testing businessPersons with TIC Company Sales experience in Polymer Testing & auto comp segment shall be an added advantageAble to work independently & productively in a team under high demanding conditionsAble to communicate effectively in business English and a local language at multiple levels in customer organizationsSelf - driven and goal orientedHandling Customer Programs as single point of contact
