Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across departments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update job postings across platforms.
Placement Tracking & Coordination
Track placement activities, maintain placement records, and generate reports.
Build and maintain relationships with external placement partners and institutions.
Candidate Engagement
Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Address candidate queries in Malayalam, English, Tamil and Hindi.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all recruitment and placement documentation is complete and compliant.
Maintain accurate records in HR systems and databases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in recruitment or placement coordination.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam, English, Tamil and Hindi. Written Communication skills in English & Malayalam
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
