We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Chief of Staff with 1–2 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategic roles. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.

You will work closely with the CEO and Founders, supporting decision-making, driving key initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is eager to grow into a leadership or strategy role.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute strategic initiatives across functions.

Support business reviews, data-driven analysis, and strategic planning activities.

Oversee and track cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals.

Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance.

Facilitate effective communication across departments and manage stakeholder coordination.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an execution-focused mindset.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
