• Strong experience in COBOL programming on mainframe systems.
• Hands-on experience with VSAM file handling and organization.
• Proficient in CICS for building and managing online transaction processing.
• Good knowledge of DB2 database, SQL programming, and query optimization.
• Experience with JCL for batch job scheduling and execution.
• Understanding of mainframe tools and utilities.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
