About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Applications to join our Tech Ops team in Bangalore, India. In this hybrid role, you will both lead by example as a hands-on engineer and manage a small team of developers . You will drive the design and development of secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise applications within Tech Ops, while also shaping the growth and performance of your team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and developing people.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise applications that support internal business functions using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Node.Js, Python, React, and Postgres.
• Guide the design and implementation of moderately to highly complex systems, making tradeoffs, presenting proposals, and ensuring quality delivery.
• Apply expertise in cloud environments, serverless functions, and LLM-based applications to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions.
• Significantly improve application security, reliability, performance, and ease of operations.
• Represent the team as a technical contact in cross-functional discussions with stakeholders and partners.
• Manage and develop a small team of junior software engineers;

conduct 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
