Urgent Search! Front Office Executive

Job Responsibilities :

1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

2. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

3. Announcing clients as necessary.

4. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.

6. Preparing meeting and training rooms.

7. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

8. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

9. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

10. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

11. Sorting and distributing mail.

12. Provide excellent customer service.

13. Scheduling appointments.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in any field

2. At least one year of experience as a Front Office Executive

3. Consistent, professional dress and manner.

4. Good written and verbal skills.

5. Good Time Management skills.

6. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
