Job Description
- Identify, onboard, and manage direct clients in the BFSI and Lead Generation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct BFSI clients & agencies (North, West & South regions).
- Develop and execute effective media plans to optimize performance on CPA, ROAS, and funnel-level CPA metrics.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign KPIs & metrics to ensure delivery against advertiser goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives and performance outcomes.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies (AdsFlourish, iCubesWire, Affle, Pokket, etc.) to maintain a strong industry presence.
Requirements
3-4 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing Sales with direct client / agency handling.Prior experience in managing direct BFSI clients is highly preferred.Solid knowledge of CPA calculation, ROAS, funnel-level CPA, and campaign optimization.Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs, EPC, and campaign metrics.Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive sales growth.Benefits
