About the Role :

Provide Support to Branches across Asia Pacific for e-banking channel and trade product

Position Title : Analyst

Reporting to : AVP / VP

Location : Bengaluru

Job Profile : Position details

• Respond branch to inquiries via phone and email regarding status of client's e-banking and trade product registration applications
• Performs registrations of channel related applications
• Acts as checker in registrations of channel related applications
• Meet agreed SLA on applications turnaround time
• Resolve issues related to incomplete forms with respective branches.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, registrations register and clients' record database
• Support branches in collating and preparing required reports for internal reporting.
