Description : We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-driven Revenue Business Analyst / ERP System Business Analyst Intern to join our Business Systems and Revenue IT team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to explore the intersection of finance, technology, and enterprise applications, working directly with cross-functional teams such as Revenue Accounting, Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle ERP, and IT Systems.
This internship will offer hands-on experience in supporting revenue recognition, ERP System, system enhancements, data analysis, and automation initiatives within a global finance and systems environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support revenue system operations, including month-end close activities, system validations, and data reconciliations.
- Assist in system enhancements, software upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP and revenue tools.
- Collaborate on documenting business requirements, test cases, and process flows.
- Contribute to integration projects involving BI tools, RPA, and data migration.
- Participate in internal training sessions to gain exposure to ERP ecosystems (e.g., Oracle), CRM platforms, and revenue standards such as ASC 606.
- Work with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot application issues and ensure process accuracy.
- Learn the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) revenue lifecycle and support initiatives for its continuous (Required / Preferred) :
- Chartered Accountant (ACA), ACCA, CMA, ACS recently completed.
- Degree from reputed institute in Accounting, Finance, Business integrated with Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Accounting + IT integrated degrees or Accounting degrees with MCA.
Preferred Skills & Attributes :
Strong interest in financial systems, ERP platforms, and revenue operations.Foundational knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with ASC 606 is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or SQL is an advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Quick learner with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.Team player with a drive to grow in a dynamic, global environment.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) :
