Job Description

• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to elicit and define business requirements.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process maps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and developers.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

• Collaborate with QA teams to support test planning and validation of requirements.
• Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on changing business needs.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve business processes and systems.
• Support change management and training efforts related to new features or systems.
