Our client, a global consulting firm, is partnering with prominent consumer appliance companies to drive a transformative revenue acceleration initiative. As part of their ambitious growth agenda, the client seeks a seasoned e-commerce consultant who can help double or even triple their digital channel sales. This strategic project aligns with their broader digital transformation program aimed at drastically improving online market penetration and unlocking new growth pathways
The consultant will play a pivotal role in leading breakthrough strategies that will propel online revenue. Working closely with senior leadership, brand, category, and digital teams, you will shape, execute, and optimize e-commerce initiatives across platforms, ensuring the client is positioned at the forefront of digital retail in consumer appliances
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement robust e-commerce growth strategies to achieve 2x-3x revenue targets, leveraging digital performance analytics and best practices from leading platforms
- Optimize product listings, digital merchandising, and conversion funnels to maximize visibility and sales both on third-party marketplaces and D2C channels
- Drive high-impact digital marketing campaigns, refine pricing and promotion strategies, and guide digital media investments for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, operations) and external partners (marketplaces, digital agencies) to align on e-commerce priorities and deliver business objectives
- Lead the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies to support personalization, enhanced customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Continuously analyze channel performance, identify new trends, and provide actionable insights to inform leadership decisions
Your Background :
5-10 years of hands-on e-commerce or category management experience with companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, LG, or other leading consumer appliance / tech brandsDemonstrated success in driving aggressive online revenue growth, ideally in the consumer goods or appliances sectorsStrong expertise in digital merchandising, marketplace management, performance marketing, and channel analyticsProven track record of developing and executing successful D2C and marketplace strategiesExcellent stakeholder management, analytical, and project leadership skillsBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from Tier 1 college preferredThis is an 18-month (extendable) contractual opportunity in Panaji, Goa.
