• Design and develop embroidery layouts, motifs, and print designs
• Plan and execute new collections from concept to sampling
• Manage technical details of every new launch — from artwork to finishing
• Create color palettes, fabric combinations, and mood boards
• Oversee sampling timelines with embroidery, dyeing, and stitching teams
• Ensure design quality and consistency in line with the brand's handcrafted aesthetic
