Role : Admission Counsellor

Be the

voice that inspires and guides

professionals toward achieving their educational goals — while driving business growth through impactful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch educational programs confidently.

Convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication.

Conduct engaging product demos highlighting key features and benefits.

Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to maximize revenue.

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.

Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain CRM records with detailed customer interactions and updates.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.

A proactive attitude and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
