Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Isnapur, Hyderabad. Admission Counsellors will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing information about educational programs, assisting with enrollment, and conducting tours of the school.

Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to all walk-ins, and supporting the administrative staff in various admission-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education sector or hospitality is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field, MBA desirable
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• This is a Sales role with targets, based out of the School Campus located in Isnapur, Hyderabad.
• End to end management of the Admissions process, from calling the leads, to fixing school visits, handling Walk-ins, counselling and guidance + handholding till Admission closure.

Candidates with Sales background and exposure to Education Sector are preferable.
