- Any Graduate / Post Graduate or any certification related to technical field
- Good communication skills - English and Hindi is MUST (Tamil will be added advantage)
- Experience in OTC will add more value.
- Understanding of various MS & Vendors operations , ATM & recyclers error codes will be added advantage .
- Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
- Should be able to interact with Bank s and service providers .
- Analytical skills on chronical events .
