Job Title : Operation Executive / Sr. Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operation Executive / Sr. Executive to join our Wellness Operations team. If you have up to 3 years of experience and are eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities :

Booking appointments and coordinating with diagnostic centers and tele-doctors via email and calls

Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues

Managing operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes

Required Skills :

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ability to coordinate effectively and manage multiple tasks

Educational Qualification :

HSC or above

Shift Details :

Rotational Shift including late evening shifts up to 10 PM , and also night shifts

CTC Budget : Upto 3 LPA

Experience :

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
