Location : Mumbai, DN Nagar, in-house

About Tilt :

Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We’re looking for a Junior Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team and bring the brand to life across platforms.

What you'll do : Design

Create visually striking designs for social media (posts, stories, carousels)
Develop graphics for website banners, emailers, and packaging
Support in evolving the brand identity across new formats and campaigns

Video Editing

Edit reels, campaign videos, podcast snippets, and behind-the-scenes content

Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, etc.)

Add motion graphics, subtitles, and basic sound design where needed

What we're looking for :

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)

A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency

An eye for pop culture, trends, and what clicks with Gen Z and millennial audiences

Ability to work with quick turnarounds and adapt to a playful, fast-growing brand

Bonus if you love memes, wear cool bras, and have opinions on typefaces

Salary - 30,000-35,000 / month based on experience (negotiable for the right candidate).

Work from office in DN Nagar, Andheri West | 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
