Visa Operations Executive (Full-time)

Position : Visa Executive – GCC & E-Visa Processing

Location : Amanora Chambers, Magarpatta Road, Pune (On-site)

Experience : 2–3 years

Salary : ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

What You’ll Do

• Handle end-to-end GCC & e-Visa files – primarily UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and other online visa destinations
• Create and share checklists ; verify documentation accuracy
• Fill online portals + upload required documents correctly
• Coordinate with suppliers / DMCs for submission, status, corrections
• Prepare supporting docs : Cover letters, declarations, itineraries, insurance
• Maintain MIS / trackers and ensure TAT & SLA commitments
• Collaborate with sales & operations for quotes / invoicing / payment closure
