Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential clients for advertising solutions across platforms (print, digital, TV, or radio).
  • Pitch customized media plans to clients and advertising agencies.
  • Conduct physical and virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored proposals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and close end-to-end campaign strategies, from planning to execution.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets by selling ad space or time.
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through follow-ups and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and media planning teams to ensure timely delivery and campaign success.

Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in handling in-person client meetings and professional interactions.
  • Basic understanding of media buying, advertising formats, and campaign structuring.
  • Strategic thinking with a sales-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
