About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing . The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of proven expertise in marketing and placing bench candidates, managing vendor / client relationships, and driving the complete sales lifecycle in a competitive staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively market bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to direct clients and preferred vendors.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and clients to ensure a steady flow of job requirements.

Negotiate rates with vendors and clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and maximum profit margins.

Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and onboarding processes seamlessly.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate submissions, interviews, and placements in the database.

Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to track bench availability and upcoming pipeline .

Leverage platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, and LinkedIn to identify and connect with vendors / clients.

Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates regarding opportunities and next steps.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics .

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry .

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications.

Hands-on experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants .

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills .

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .

Proficiency with job boards, social networking platforms, and CRM tools .

Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST / CST / PST) .

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

Prior experience working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients .

An established vendor / client network in the US market is highly desirable.
