Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Industrial Relations (IR) function across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Devise and implement IR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Handle unions, labor negotiations, long-term settlements , and grievance redressal.
- Build strong liaison with statutory and government bodies .
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement in manufacturing settings.
- Analyze workforce trends and optimize IR policies and practices.
- Support the organization during audits, strikes, or disruptions by applying legal and proactive measures.
