We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr Manager - HR, specializing in Industrial Relations, to take overall responsibility for the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in formulating and implementing HR & Admin policies, ensuring harmonious industrial relations, and managing social and buyer compliance. This role requires strong expertise in statutory compliance, grievance handling, and managing trade unions, while providing essential support and guidance to station managers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility for the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration within the organization.
 - Formulate and implement HR & Admin policies that are in line with company standards and legal requirements.
 - Play a proactive role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations , fostering a positive and productive work environment.
 - Effectively handle Social & Buyers Compliance , ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and audits.
 - Responsible for all aspects of Industrial Relations , including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
 - Ensure full statutory compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
 - Manage Grievance handling processes, ensuring fair and timely resolution of employee concerns.
 - Expertly manage relationships with trade unions , facilitating constructive dialogue and negotiations.
 - Provide essential support and guidance to station managers on all HR and IR related matters.
 - Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
