• Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software and ensure data integrity.
• Handle all project administration tasks efficiently and promptly.
• Prepare cost estimates and bid packages for ICI projects, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
• Issue purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims accurately.
• Maintain strict budget control throughout the project lifecycle, aligning with company financial goals.
• Represent the organization at project meetings, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive communication, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
