✅ Drive consulting, presales, and business growth initiatives

✅ Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and team development

What We’re Looking For

🎯 18+ years of IT Services / Consulting experience (10+ in leadership)

🎯 Proven expertise in Banking & Finance and Data & AI solutions

🎯 Strong background in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and P&L ownership

🎯 Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic consulting skills

🎯 MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
