About the Role
3i-Infotech is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented professionals to join our Medical Insurance Voice Support – Operations Team . The ideal candidate will have prior BPO experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service while assisting customers with their medical insurance-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to medical insurance services.
- Provide voice-based support for corporate insurance accounts.
- Understand customer needs and offer accurate, timely resolutions .
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document call details, update customer information, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to ensure end-to-end issue closure.
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6+ months of BPO experience , preferably in a voice process.Excellent communication skills in English .Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.Knowledge of Telugu or any additional regional language is an added advantage.Education : Graduate / Undergraduate (any specialization).Willing to work in rotational shifts , including weekends as required.Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle queries patiently and professionally.Job Details
