Key Responsibilities :
- Open Current and Savings Accounts for individual customers through field visits and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting prospective clients.
- Conduct regular field sales activities including cold calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.
- Maintain good relationships with customers for referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Regularly update sales progress and leads in CRM or reporting systems.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : Any graduate degreeExperience : 1–3 years in sales (Banking / Financial Services experience preferred)Skills : Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong sales orientationOther : Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven environmentGender & Age : Open to all genders; age not restrictedSkills Required
