Founder’s Office – Sales & Strategy
📍India (Remote) | 🕒 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST (aligned with Canadian hours)
💰 Salary : ₹18,000- ₹24,000month + Attractive Incentives
Role & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founders to drive sales growth in the mortgage marketing space.
- Monitor and track the performance of cold callers, ensuring consistent lead quality and conversion.
- Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Act as a bridge between the founders and sales team, ensuring alignment on targets and execution.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to support decision-making.
- Play a key role in scaling sales operations and building strategies for client acquisition.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy (experience in marketing / mortgage industry preferred).Proven ability to work with CEOs / founders or in a startup environment.Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and target achievement.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.Willingness to work 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST (Canadian working hours).What We Offer
