Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Recruitment, HRMS, and HR Tech, based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities in the HR technology sector. The role includes client prospecting, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving sales targets. It requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Familiarity with Recruitment, HRMS, and HR Tech solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai employment market and industry trends is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
