Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Project Manager located in Pune. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will oversee and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. Responsibilities include planning and executing project strategies, coordinating with team members, expediting processes, managing project timelines, and handling logistics. The role also involves conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Logistics Management skills for handling project logistics efficiently
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing or a related industry is a plus
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Project Management (PMP / Agile / Scrum) will be an added advantage.
• Act as a bridge between the marketing team, clients, and management.
• Assign tasks, manage workload, and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular meetings and status updates to review project progress.
• Assist in developing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms — SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
