Job description

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack .NET developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI / UX designers, and quality assurance to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

Drive the technical design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.

Participate in hands-on development of both front-end and back-end components using .NET technologies.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications, APIs, and databases.

Oversee the implementation of coding standards, code reviews, and version control processes to maintain code quality.

Coordinate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing, identify and resolve defects, and ensure the software meets quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical expertise, estimate project efforts, and communicate project progress.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full stack .NET development.

Lead technical discussions and drive technical decisions within the development team.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and technical innovation.

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of professional experience in full stack .NET development, with 4+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.

Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC / Core, Entity Framework, and Web API development.

Proven experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).

Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.

Experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g., SQL Server) as well as ORM frameworks.

Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development.

Ability to lead and mentor a team, provide technical direction, and drive technical discussions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions under pressure.

Strong communication skills to collaborate within a cross-functional team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

Willing to work in flexible hours to co-ordinate with our regional counterparts mainly from CANADA, US, UK, ANZ
