What You'll Do :
Evaluate security controls across build, test, release, and deployment stages.Review current practices for SCA, secret management, static / dynamic testing, artifact integrity, and deployment security.Assess existing governance, automation coverage, and policy enforcement within CI / CD pipelines.Conduct a comprehensive DevSecOps gap assessment across the CI / CD toolchain, with emphasis on Bamboo, GitHub, Jenkins and Mend IO, Sonarqube, Qualys WAS integrations.Assess existing governance, automation coverage, and policy enforcement within CI / CD pipelines.Perform a DevSecOps maturity assessment using recognized frameworks, identifying current level and desired state. Map findings to actionable improvement areas with quantitative scoring and qualitative insights.Recommend improvements for secure branching strategies, build isolation, dependency scanning, and policy automation.Create detailed reports and dashboards summarizing findings, risks, and proposed roadmap. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to validate results and refine recommendations.Expertise You'll Bring :
Advanced Github CI / CD pipelines and Git repositories (including Actions, runners, and permissions models).Hands-on familiarity with Sonarqube, MendIO (WhiteSource) or other SCA tools (e.g., Snyk, Sonatype, or Dependabot). Strong understanding of application security testing (SAST / DAST / IAST) and how to embed it into pipelines.Knowledge of container security, secret management, and artifact repository hardening. Experience with maturity assessment models (e.g., OWASP SAMM, BSIMM, NIST SSDF, or custom frameworks).Benefits :
