Lead Innovation Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee our product's overhaul and design team as we expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the end-to-end product design strategy for core product
• Serve as principal design authority, collaborating directly with C-suite to turn business objectives into an intuitive, enterprise-level product experience
• Lead the architectural design of an innovative and optimized user interface for our mobile (iOS / Android) platforms, as well as website
• Manage another product designer and the complete design process, from user research and conceptualization to the creation of scalable design systems and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Ideate user-centric design approach that addresses the specific needs of diverse cultural contexts within African markets
