Product Design Leadership Role

Ideal Product Designer for Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned product designer to transition into a leadership position and gain valuable experience within our fast-paced startup environment. This role offers significant ownership and autonomy, enabling you to drive design outcomes and contribute to the company's central engine.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Owning end-to-end design dashboards and workflows for Shopify-based B2B SaaS products.
  • Collaborating with product managers to discover and create high-value user experiences, driving business goals through effective design.
  • Designing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and specifications in Figma.
  • Developing and maintaining scalable design systems and products.
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data sources to gauge customer issues.
  • Presenting design rationale, facilitating design reviews, and communicating effectively with product managers and engineers.
  • Mentoring junior designers and advocating design best practices within the team.
  • Staying updated on Shopify trends, SaaS UX patterns, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time product designer (no internships).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong UX and visual design skills, demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • Experience creating and scaling design systems.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and product strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile product environment.
  • Bonus : Experience with the Shopify app ecosystem and e-commerce platforms.
  • Bonus : Portfolio showcasing relevant dashboard and SaaS work.
