Key Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTubeConduct in-depth keyword research, intent mapping, and audience segmentationDesign experimentation frameworks for bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pagesMonitor performance metrics and translate insights into long-term strategic recommendationsManage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and KPIs with a disciplined, attentive approachCollaborate with creative, analytics, and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and full-funnel alignmentStay informed on platform updates, automation tools, and new performance opportunitiesHelp develop internal best practices and contribute to WPP’s performance methodologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with strong, measurable resultsA strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data beyond surface-level metricsExcellent communication skills — articulate, professional, and grounded in clear reasoningA disciplined, self-directed work ethic suited to remote collaborationDeep understanding of search behavior, conversion tracking, bidding models, and funnel dynamicsWe value character as highly as competence : integrity, curiosity, humility, and a genuine respect for thoughtful digital craftsmanship.
Preferred Experience (Not Required, but Additive)
