This role is designed for a strategic thinker who blends analytical rigor with brand sensitivity, capable of elevating Moncler’s digital presence while driving measurable business growth.

You will help guide how new audiences discover Moncler, how existing customers re-engage, and how our digital presence reflects the excellence and discipline for which the maison is known.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, high-end programmatic, and emerging luxury channels)
- Execute and optimize full-funnel campaigns — awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
- Oversee audience segmentation, pixel tracking, attribution, and remarketing strategy
- Manage creative briefing, testing frameworks, and performance-driven creative alignment
- Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and ROAS
- Deliver strategic insights with clear reporting and data interpretation
- Collaborate closely with brand, e-commerce, and content teams to unify performance with brand expression
- Identify innovation opportunities across media channels and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven success managing paid advertising for luxury, premium lifestyle, or fashion brandsStrong understanding of paid media platforms, analytics dashboards, and attribution modelsAbility to translate data into refined, actionable strategy and insightExperience designing and managing large-scale remarketing and retention funnelsExcellent communication, accountability, and remote work disciplineStrong attention to detail, creative judgement, and strategic clarityAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teamsPreferred Experience
Experience supporting or scaling luxury e-commerce internationallyFamiliarity with GA4, data visualization tools, and multi-market performance reportingExposure to creative direction for high-end branding and elevated visual storytellingUnderstanding of premium audience behavior, lifestyle positioning, and luxury digital buying psychologyWhat We Offer
