SuccessFactors PMGM / CDP Consultant Job Description

• Certified Consultant in PMGM and CDP
• 5+ Years of experience in PMGM
• Work experience in SF with minimum 2 E2E Implementation in modules PMGM, CDP
• Understanding of high-level business processes related to Performance Management & Succession and Development
• Demonstrated experience in developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing SF modules under multiple deadlines
• Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success.
• Configure SuccessFactors components spanning PMGM / CDP functions to meet client needs
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, integration, and support.
• Hands on experience in business rules
• Hands on experience in configuration of the 360 Reviews feature, configuration of Performance Ratings and Permissions, configure of competencies ,configure of Calibration, goal plans and Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and the features of CPM
