Data Product Owner

We're looking for an experienced Data Product Owner to lead our global Candidate & Recruiting Data Product Portfolio . In this role, you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that power hiring insights, analytics, and operational excellence across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Candidate & Recruiting Data Products
• Work closely with HR, BI&A, Finance, and Data Governance teams to understand data needs
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Ensure data consistency and integration with enterprise datasets (Worker 360, Client 360, etc.)
• Lead a cross-functional squad (8–10 FTEs) to deliver high-quality data products
• Track KPIs, manage risks, and ensure sustainable product performance
